First Clinic of 2019: Jumping with the Jumping Team

marianne090

It was a cold day for the first Kelly Turner jumping clinic of the year, and we were thankful to be in the lovely indoor arena at Manor Farm, Marsworth - courtesy of Bella Tchaikowsky!

As a member of the club's 80cm SJ team, I was very glad to have the benefit of Kelly's expertise for some pointers before next week's Area 7 Qualifiers. Kelly didn't disappoint, setting us a very challenging course of tight tuns and tricky lines. Our group of three all left the session knowing what we need to focus on and feeling more confident and better prepared for next week. So many thanks to Kelly and also to our hard-working team manager, Sarah Legg, who was on hand to help and support!

Unfortunately in a later session, another of our members, Lynn, had a fall and broke her arm. Our thoughts and best wishes for a speedy recovery are with her.
