Warming up for the year with rider biomechanics

emerynj4

Our first clinic of 2019 on Sunday 13th January, was fully booked. Riders were put through their paces by Emily Lloyd and her horse simulator, Mechanical Millie at Lower Shelspit Farm (courtesy of Liz & Vince Julier). The feedback received from riders was very positive.

Millie and Emily travel the country helping riders at all levels to improve core strength and muscle isolation.

We also enjoyed tea, coffee and homemade pastries.

The next rider biomechanics clinic (Pilates for Riders) on Friday 18th January at Little Brickhill Village Hall is fully booked but we are hoping to make this a regular event on the 3rd Friday of each month - so watch this space!
